The article analyzes how the rights of Indigenous peoples were addressed during the period in which the far-right governed Brazil, from 2019 to 2022. The crucial points that served as the backdrop for such policies are highlighted, revealing their potential to hinder the realization of fundamental rights recognized by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988. The issue is examined through the theoretical perspectives of Hegel, Marx and Bobbio, fostering a dialogue between these different approaches.
